A.We are currently in the process of registering various credit cards. Once they become available, we will inform you on this page.
A.For reservations, children aged 13 and older are charged the same as adults. Children aged 12 and younger with bedding are charged 50 % of the adult rate. If they don’t require bedding, the charge is 2,000 yen.
A.One child per adult can share a bed.
About rooms
A.All room types can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
A.I am afraid we ask our guests refrain from bringing pets other than dogs.

About equipment
A.Yes. Each guest room is equipped with Wi-Fi of our facility.
A.Our pool is not heated. However, our jacuzzi offers heated water.
Please note that the water temperature may vary depending on the season and weather.
A.TV, refrigerator, air conditioner and heater, electric kettle, hand soap, bath towel, bath mat, flashlight, trash can, etc.
A.We prepare these amenities below:
Shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and toothbrush
About meals
A.Yes. You can bring your favorite ingredients and beverages.
About staying with pets (dogs)
A.At check-in, please present the certificate of the rabies vaccine and the one of the mixed vaccine.
A.The accommodation fee for your dog is free, but there are restrictions on the number of pets.
If the number of pets exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged.
Small dogs: Up to 3 dogs / Medium dogs: Up to 2 dogs / Large dogs: Up to 1 dog
Small dogs: 3,000 yen per additional dog
Medium dogs: 4,000 yen per additional dog
Large dogs: 5,000 yen per additional dog
A.We are sorry, but please refrain from sleeping on the bed with your dog.
A.We kindly ask that you refrain from bathing your dog in the bath.
Additionally, please refrain from using the washing area for your dog.
A.If your dog has an accident indoors, a cleaning fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you are concerned, we recommend bringing and using diapers.
A.Crate, dog potty tray, potty pad, pet waste bag, wet wipe, and dog bowl
Others
A.I am afraid we kindly ask that you refrain from doing fireworks or a bonfire.
A.Yes. There is “Trial Nishikinohama,” located approximately 6 minutes away by car (approximately 25 minutes on foot), and “Family Mart Kaizukanishiki,” located 20 minutes away on foot.
A.Smoking indoors is prohibited. If you would like to smoke, please do so on the balcony.
